Gurneet Singh Kohli an Engineering student from Graphic Era University came to GES for support when his father, a small businessman was facing difficulty in paying for his fees due to some problem in his business. The child being very bright was concerned about his studies and his future as he was the only hope of his family. At GES he was given full support, and he completed his B.Tech. It was a proud moment for us when he came with the news that he got placed in SHELL as a Software Engineer and has to join in Feb 2017.

At a seminar commemorating 300 years of the guruship to Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji in 2008 a girl said “ I ponder as to the massive kirtandarbars being held , stalls providing a variety of dishes , spending heavy amounts on nagarkirtan across the country etc .To me this is essential, but is this true homage to Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji? On searching for the answer in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji itself the reply was no, anything done for selfish motives is not true homage .
